How can I use IRC? 

#Thee_Vortex is an Undernet Chat  
channel created for Chaos Mages in 
general and Zee's in particular opened by Arawyn conThanatos as a follow up to the abandoned #zcluster way back in January 1997.
 

You first have to have an IRC program, such as mIRC, PIRCH or whatever. You can download it at various websites. Then you install it and set it up with your e-mail address and nick names.
